What really sets us apart? We asked our customers directly
Instead of defining what we are good at, we wanted to hear directly from customers: what do customers value most in our partnership?
Feedback from projects for clients has highlighted recurring themes that help us identify our strengths.
Within a company, many things may seem important, but for the customer, it's the end result that works in practice that counts. These are the three things that customers have highlighted most.
''Projects have gone really well, cooperation works well and responses are fast''
1. Quality that lasts and can be trusted
''We are very satisfied with the quality of Croom shelters and the pace how quickly changes can be made''
Customers thank us for the quality of our finished product, which is visible and tangible. The elegant exterior and interior, the careful wiring and installation, and the finished product are tangible proof of this. We design modular equipment rooms according to the needs of the end customer and user.
Croom's prefabricated equipment room is designed to last. The tightness and insulation of the structure, quality materials, ventilation and other technical solutions support the life cycle and reliability of the space and the equipment inside. Customers praise Croom's robust construction, which allows for large, fully equipped equipment rooms in prefabricated form:
''You can do large spaces with equipment, sometimes you need items over 5 m wide and about 20 m long''
In practice, quality is the assurance that the customer doesn't have to wonder if everything will still work next year. There is no need for corrections or revisions afterwards, or far fewer of them. When the end result is sustainable and clear, the customer can be confident that things are working - and can concentrate on their core business.

2. Design starts with customer needs
Customers appreciate that we are able to provide the most appropriate solutions for the application, regardless of the project. Design starts with an understanding of the situation. Right from the sales/offer phase, we listen to the customer's situation and what is needed. If necessary, we develop the solution further together.
Customers place particular emphasis on rapid response and adaptability of solutions. Modularity and flexibility are particularly important when needs change or implementation becomes more challenging. By starting from an understanding of the customer's business, a solution is created that is the right implementation for the situation.
The design combines practical experience, technical know-how and the ability to change direction if necessary. Through projects and discussion, we get to know our clients' needs, habits and strengths, which enables us to work together even better to build a high-quality and smooth delivery package. In the words of the customer:
''Confidence [in Croom] has grown and now more projects have been done... We want to develop solutions further with you''

3. A clear and efficient operational process
A good product is important, but it is not enough. Customers have often praised in particular the smoothness of the cooperation. The process starts with the design and extends to the installation at the point of use. We send the finished designs to the customer and they are approved before production. This ensures a common understanding and minimises future changes and risks.
For deliveries, we bring our own supplies and ways to ensure quality and safety. During deliveries, we receive feedback on how ''want the same Croom installer again'' for future projects, when the supplier and the quality of the work have been particularly appreciated.
When third parties are involved in the project, we keep our own entity and the surrounding areas together so that the client is not left alone to coordinate between the different actors. Our project interfaces, i.e. the areas between the different actors, do not remain a grey area, but are clear and collaborative. From the client's point of view, this means that the work proceeds smoothly without any questions or ambiguities.
Summary
Feedback shows that customers value these three themes the most at Croom:
- Quality that lasts and can be trusted
- A design that takes into account and meets real needs
- An operational process that is clear and efficient
These are the things our customers have told us time and time again. That's why they are relevant to us. We develop based on customer feedback and work with our customers to develop products based on real needs.
When a client asks us to be part of their next project or recommends us to others, that's what says the most about what the partnership has meant. It is the clearest proof for us that we have lived up to expectations.
Together, let's build a solution that works for you.
